Refund policy

Returns & Refunds


All orders can be returned within 60 days of delivery for full refund (excluding shipping fees).  Return shipping to Stringybark Supplies is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Returns will not be accepted outside of the 60 day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Consider retaining tracking information for your return such that in the event of it not arriving at our factory you can follow up with the post service.

To complete your return, please email us at hello@stringybarksupplies.com and let us know your order number and we will provide instructions for the return.

Upon receipt of the product we will process the refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  We will send you notification of this.  Please note that there may be a delay of 1 - 2 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If we provide the wrong product, or the product is damaged upon receipt, we will pay for return shipping and will replace or refund.
