Wood type: Silvertop Ash - an Australian native eucalyptus. Timber collected from fallen trees.
Surface: Flat and level - unsanded and rough
Bark: 100% bark edge on all pieces - note that many small flakes of bark come off when handled
Cracking: Many of these have small - medium cracks, but are still very strong
Warping: No warping
Additional notes: These are very rustic and rough - they are ideal for aussie themed wedding centerpieces.
