Orders for 1 - 500 pieces will typically be completed within 1 week. Orders over 500 pieces may require longer production time.

Within Australia:  We send with Australia Post. Options available at checkout:

Regular Post: 2 - 8 business days (may take longer to remote areas)
Express Post: 1 - 2 business days (may take 3 business days to remote areas)

International:  We send international mail by Australia Post.  There are multiple options at checkout with trade-offs between speed and price:

Standard: Includes tracking - 6 - 12 business days
Express: Includes tracking - 4 - 8 business days
Courier Express: Includes tracking - 2 - 5 business days

Please note that the above shipping times are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes.

Note for New Zealand customers: NZ is the only country as far as we are aware that may have issue with wood products passing quarantine. If you purchase with a delivery address in NZ we will be in contact with you via email to confirm if you are ok with the risk that you may be charged fumigation fees to collect your order.

How do I send my logo or design?

What images can be printed?

We can print any images in any colour, however some do look better than others on wood. Please send us your design/logo and we can do a trial print and send you a photo if we're not sure.
